Questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account goes read-only. You can still view all of your data — trades, plans, precision setups, and journal — but you can't make changes until you subscribe.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you subscribe and change your mind, contact us at support@reticletrade.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Renewal payments are not refundable. However, if a renewal charge ever catches you by surprise, contact us and we will make it right.
- Can I cancel?
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@reticletrade.com. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
